A lot of you may be wondering just how the NFL Schedule gets set each and every year. To the casual observer, it may seem like a random selection of opponents for any given team, but believe it or not, there is quite a bit of structure to it. Let’s start with the basics.

The record for most home runs in a divisional series is 10, put up by the Seattle Mariners in 1995, the New York Yankees in 1995, and the Houston Astros in 2004. And it wasn’t just one or two guys doing it for the Cubs. A total of seven different players homered during the series.
